Amidas is a fast-growing IT System Integrator focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong.  We are expanding our Professional Service Team in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis.  We require enthusiastic service-oriented people to handle business customers’ enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.  You will receive professional training in customer service skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career.


Your Job Duties:

  • Provide 1st level Support Service and escalate complex issues to Tier-2 support team within the agreed service levels

  • Attend to service enquiries including technical support and fault report via inbound call or email

  • Liaise with internal and external parties for fault restoration

  • Perform schedule maintenance tasks base on customer’s requirements

  • Perform network and Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts to customer

  • Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports

  • Delivery of daily operation reports, problem logging, resolution, escalation and handover to designated supervisor


Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplines

  • Solid working experience in relevant IT infrastructure support or implementation experience

  • Knowledge in network, security, MS Window and VMware vSphere is a PLUS


The ideal people:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently

  • Shift duty is required (evening and night shift)
